The Addmi Display System (DS) serves as a dedicated application for managing and viewing incoming orders sourced from Addmi's online ordering platforms and the Addmi Point of Sale (POS) system. Its primary usage spans various operational contexts, including kitchen environments, bar settings for waitstaff, and retail counter service.

One noteworthy feature of the Addmi DS is its configurability for interfacing with numerous receipt, ticket, and label printers, enhancing operational efficiency without incurring monthly fees or contractual obligations for utilizing the Addmi ecosystem—including the online store, POS, and DS itself.

Upon receiving an order through the Addmi system, a ticket is generated within the DS. This ticket provides an itemized listing that encapsulates applicable modifications requested by customers as well as any notes they may have included. Once an order is fulfilled, it can seamlessly transition to another DS station (for example, from kitchen staff to waitstaff). Alternatively, the order can be marked as 'Fulfilled,' prompting the system to send an SMS notification to the customer informing them that their order is ready for pickup. Furthermore, the DS allows for voiding orders, reviewing past transactions, and manually reprinting tickets.
